Your customer services needs improvement, they need to attend to mails and queries promptly from anxious customers who're stuck with no clue about their orders.
I liked this too. Though the print and the color look very weird, when you actually see the fabric it is a different and uncommon color and print. The fabric was new and crisp. Love it
The shipping and delivery of all the items is largely delayed, it takes about 20 days from the date of order placed. This is the only problem I faced purchasing with you..

I've not received the delivery of my my prepaid Order #JB11722 worth Rs 1658.25. I had placed the order on 10th September, 2023 and today's 21st September and there's been no response from your store to my repeated emails about my order. If you guys aren't able to fulfill my order atleast have the decency to inform the customer or refund the payment made. It's utterly disappointing experience with your store. I hope you guys will refund my money asap without further delay
